Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs Room temperature for best results
  • 1 cup milk 240 ml, whole milk for richness
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 120 g, or gluten-free flour for adaptations
  • Dash of salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 ml, for flavor
  • 5 tablespoons butter 70 g, unsalted for control over salt levels

Equipment

  • 1 9x13-inch metal baking dish Un-greased for baking. Metal conducts heat better than glass, helping to create crispy edges.
  • 1 Blender For blending batter until silky smooth. A whisk can be used if a blender isn't available.
  • 1 Cut and serve turner For slicing and serving the pancakes while they’re still warm.

Method
 

  1. Place the butter in a 9x13-inch metal baking dish and put it in the oven until melted. prep
  2. Add the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth. mix
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish over the melted butter. assemble
  4. Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and puffed up. bake
  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and serve with powdered sugar and syrup. finish
