  • 12 wonton wrappers - Square 1 per muffin cup
  • cooking spray - For greasing the muffin tin
Filling:
  • 1 lb ground beef - Or use turkey/chicken
  • 1 pack taco seasoning - About 1 oz
  • ¼ cup water - For seasoning the meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese - Mexican blend
  • ¼ cup salsa - Optional
  • 2 tablespoon diced onion - Optional
  • ¼ cup sour cream - Optional for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and press wonton wrappers into greased muffin cups.

  2. Brown ground beef, drain grease, and season with taco mix and water.
