  • 1 box Strawberry Jello - Regular or sugar-free
  • 1 cup Boiling water - For dissolving the Jello
  • 1 tub Cool Whip - Thawed or use real whipped cream
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries - Sliced or diced
  • 0.5 cup Strawberry jam - Optional for brushing on cake

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 baking pan (Greased before pouring cake batter)
  • 1 Mixing bowl (For cake mix and Jello)
  • 1 Wooden skewer (Or chopstick, for poking holes)
  • 1 Measuring cup (For boiling water)
  • 1 Rubber spatula (For spreading whipped topping)

Method
 

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake it until done
