Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Fresh strawberries - Hulled and halved if large
  • 1 cup Cold water - Or coconut water for extra flavor
  • tablespoon Lemon juice - Freshly squeezed
  • 1–2 tablespoon Honey or sugar - Adjust to taste; use more for tart berries
  • 1 pinch Salt - Optional – enhances strawberry flavor
  • Ice cubes - For serving
  • 4–5 leaves Fresh basil - Optional – adds herbal freshness
  • Mint leaves - Optional garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Blender (Any basic blender works fine)
  • 1 Fine mesh strainer (For removing seeds/pulp)
  • 1 Pitcher (For storing or serving the juice)
  • 1 Spoon (For pressing juice through strainer)
  • 1 set Measuring cups (To portion ingredients)

Method
 

  1. Rinse, hull, and slice the strawberries. Let them drain a little.

  2. Add strawberries, water, lemon juice, salt, and sweetener to blender. Blend 30–45 seconds.

  3. Pour through fine strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract juice.
