Ingredients

Classic Pina Colada
  • 2 cups Frozen pineapple chunks - Makes it thicker and colder
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice - Use 100% juice refrigerated or glass-bottled
  • ½ cup Cream of coconut - Coco Lopez or similar brand
  • ½ cup White rum - Light or silver rum preferred
  • 2 cups Ice cubes - Adjust for texture — more ice = thicker drink
Virgin Pina Colada (Non-Alcoholic)
  • 2 cups Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Cream of coconut
  • 3 cups Ice cubes - Replaces rum for volume and thickness
Garnish
  • Fresh pineapple wedges - For glass rim
  • Maraschino cherries - For topping
  • Paper umbrellas - Optional adds tropical look
  • Optional 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice - Uncle Rick’s trick — balances sweetness
