- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano until well combined. Stir in the olives, pickled jalapeños, and a pinch of black pepper. mix

- Return the sandwich to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the bread is toasted. bake
