Mango Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mango - Ripe,fresh or frozen, chopped
  • 1 cup Strawberries - hulled
  • 1 medium medium Banana - Peeled
  • 1 cup Liquid base - Coconut milk, almond milk, regular milk, or orange juice
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt - Plain, optional for creaminess & protein
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds - Optional; flax seeds also work
  • 1–2 teaspoon Honey or agave - Optional; adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Ice cubes - Or substitute with extra frozen fruit

Equipment

  • 1 Blender (Any decent blender, doesn’t need to be fancy)
  • 1 Measuring cups (For accurate liquid and fruit portions)
  • 1 Sharp knife (For cutting mango and banana)
  • 1 Cutting board (To prep fruit safely)
  • 2-3 Tall glasses (For serving smoothies)

Method
 

  1. Cut mango into chunks and measure out strawberries

  2. Pour coconut milk, almond milk, or your chosen base into blender.
  3. Add banana, mango, strawberries, then yogurt and seeds on top.

  4. Start on low, increase to high for 30–45 seconds. Stop to scrape sides.
  5. Add liquid if too thick, frozen fruit if too thin, honey if not sweet enough.
  6. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy immediately
