  • 2 Celery stalks - Finely diced
  • 0.25 cup Sweet onion - Finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh chives - Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill - Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Flat-leaf parsley - Minced
  • 1 Lemon - Juice and zest
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise - High-quality
  • 2 tablespoon Sour cream - Or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard - Optional adds slight tang
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt - Or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon White pepper - Or to taste
  • Capers - Optional enhancement
  • Fresh tarragon - Optional enhancement
  • Avocado chunks - Optional enhancement

Method
 

  1. Collect all ingredients needed for the salad
