  • 2–3 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • ¼ cup White wine - Dry; optional
  • ½ cup Heavy cream - Can sub with half-and-half
  • ½ pc Lemon - Juice only
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • pinch Red pepper flakes - Optional

  • 2 tablespoon Sun-dried tomatoes - Oil-packed finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese - Optional for serving

🔸 For the Ravioli
  • 9–12 oz Lobster ravioli - Store-bought or fresh
  • to taste Salt - For boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Butter - For tossing ravioli after boiling

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Gently boil lobster ravioli in salted water until they float, then drain.

  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic.
