  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce light or regular, for savory taste
  • 2 tablespoons water to balance sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar for subtle sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil to enhance flavor
  • 3 dashes ground white pepper for mild heat

Method
 

  1. Cut the fish into thick, bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with cornstarch. prep
