Ingredients
  

🥩 The Filling:
  • 1 lb Ground beef - Lean or 80/20 blend
  • ½ cup Diced onions - Yellow or sweet
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper - To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
🍞 The Wrapper:
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough - 8-10 count
  • 12 Cheese cubes - Mozzarella or cheddar
🧄 The Coating:
  • 4 tablespoon Butter - Unsalted
  • 2 clove Garlic - Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese - Fresh is best
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning - Optional

Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet (For browning beef)
  • 1 Baking sheet (Lined with parchment)
  • 1 Small saucepan (For melting butter)
  • 1 Pastry Brush (To apply garlic butter)
  • 1 Mixing spoon (For stirring beef mixture)

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
    Ground beef and onions cooking in a skillet with herbs and spices sprinkled on top.
  2. Add diced onions to the beef and cook until they become soft and translucent.
    Raw dough balls filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with cheese cubes, placed on a wooden board before baking.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and add Worcestershire sauce.
