Ingredients
  

  • 8 Large eggs
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream - Or milk/half-and-half
  • to taste - Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or oil - For coating the pan
  • ½ cup Grated cheese - Cheddar feta, goat cheese, etc.
  • 1 cup Cooked vegetables - Mushrooms spinach, peppers, etc.
  • ½ cup Cooked meat - Optional: bacon sausage, chicken
  • 1–2 tablespoon Fresh herbs - Optional: parsley basil, chives

Equipment

  • 1 10-inch skillet (Must be oven-safe)
  • 1 Mixing bowl (For beating eggs)
  • 1 Whisk or fork (For combining eggs and cream)
  • 1 Spatula (Preferably silicone or rubber)

Method
 

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add cream, salt, and pepper, and whisk until smooth. Preheat oven to 375°F and prep your fillings.

  2. Place an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil and coat the surface evenly.
