- Add the chicken, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a ziplock bag. Seal and shake gently to coat the chicken. prep

- Add the remaining oil to the skillet and repeat the process until all chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. prep
- Pour the buffalo sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes into the skillet. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. mix
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through. finish
