  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper - For seasoning salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil - For seasoning salmon
For the Tuscan Cream Sauce:

  • 5 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • ½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes - Oil-packed drained and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Heavy cream - For creamy sauce
  • ½ cup Chicken or vegetable broth - To balance cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese - Freshly grated
  • 2 cups Baby spinach - Fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes - Optional
  • To taste - Salt
  • To taste - Black pepper
For Finishing:
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh basil - Chopped for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice - To brighten flavors
  • Extra Parmesan - Optional for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry and generously season both sides.
