- Pour in the heavy cream and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir until butter melts and cream is hot but not boiling. mix
- Remove skillet from heat and fold in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is velvety. finish
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and gently mix into the gnocchi and cream sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired. assemble
