Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese Whole milk or low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix Dried Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For a savory taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adds mild sweetness
  • 2 eggs Large eggs, room temperature

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. mix
  2. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and not burnt. (It took 20 minutes in a standard oven but 30 minutes in my oven at home). bake
  3. Flip the wrap onto a clean surface and gently peel back the parchment paper. prep
  4. Roll the wraps with your favorite savory sandwich ingredients and enjoy! assemble
