  • 2 breasts rotisserie chicken skin removed, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise adjust for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for tang

  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon finely chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried for subtle flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Remove skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken, then shred or chop the meat into bite-size pieces. prep
