- Season cooked chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces. Grate cheese if using a block. Heat skillet over medium heat.

- Brush tortilla lightly with oil or butter, place in skillet oil-side down. Sprinkle half with cheese, add chicken, top with more cheese, then fold tortilla over.

- Cook for 2–3 minutes until bottom is golden brown.

- Carefully flip with a spatula. Cook another 2–3 minutes until second side is crispy and cheese melted.

- Remove from heat, let cool 1 minute, cut into triangles, and serve with toppings.
