  • 2 tablespoon Butter or oil - For cooking
  • to taste Salt & pepper - Adjust as needed
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika - For color
  • 1 whole Onion - Sliced
  • 1–2 whole Bell peppers - Chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder - Or garlic salt(family trick)

Method
 

  1. Prep ingredients (cut potatoes, slice sausage, shred cheese, heat skillet)
