- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy, then add flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise 30 minutes or until doubled.

- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in garlic powder and parsley; set aside.
- Punch down the risen dough and roll into a ½-inch-thick rectangle on a greased baking sheet.

- Brush dough generously with garlic butter. Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Slice into strips, then bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush baked breadsticks with remaining garlic butter. Cool for 2 minutes, then pull apart and serve warm with marinara or ranch.
