Ingredients
  

Bottom Chocolate Layer
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate chips - For creamier sweeter base
  • 3 tablespoon Butter - Helps melt and smooth texture
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - Adds depth
Caramel Crunch Layer
  • 14 oz Caramel candies - Unwrapped or use caramel bits
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream - Or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoon Butter - Or coconut cream for dairy-free smooth caramel
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt - Enhances caramel flavor
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal - Adds crunch
  • 1 cup Toffee bits - Heath or similar adds buttery crunch
  • 0.5 cup Mini chocolate chips - Mixes into caramel layer
Top Chocolate Layer
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips - For deeper chocolate taste
  • 2 tablespoon Butter - Helps smooth the top layer
  • Flaky sea salt - Optional for finishing touch

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate and butter, stir in vanilla, and spread evenly into a lined pan.

  2. Melt caramels with cream and butter, then stir in salt for a rich caramel base.
