- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

- Spoon the cooked apples evenly over the cheesecake layer. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let it cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
