Buffalo Chicken Filling
  • 3 cups Cooked chicken - Shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce - Adjust heat level to taste
  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream - Adds creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper - To taste
Cheese / Pasta Layers
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg Egg - Beaten into ricotta
  • 3 cups Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles - Optional
  • 12 Lasagna noodles - Cooked or no‑boil
  • Ranch dressing - For drizzling

Equipment

  • 1 9 × 13 inch baking dish (Greased for layering)
  • 1 Large mixing bowl (For buffalo chicken mixture)
  • 1 Medium mixing bowl (For ricotta/cheese layer)
  • 1 Large pot (To boil lasagna noodles (if needed))
  • 1 Aluminum foil (For covering during baking)

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings until well coated.

  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta, beaten egg, and 1 cup mozzarella. Season lightly.

  3. Boil lasagna noodles according to package or use no‑boil variety; drain and set aside.

  4. In the greased baking dish, layer chicken mixture, noodles, ricotta layer, cheeses, repeating until all used.
