  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour - For thickening
For the Creamy Sauce:
  • 1 ½ cups Beef broth - Low sodium preferred
  • 1 cup Sour cream - Room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½– 1 teaspoon Paprika - Adjust for depth
  • To taste Salt and pepper - For beef and sauce
For Serving:
  • 12 oz Egg noodles - Cooked and buttered
  • As desired Fresh parsley - For garnish
  • Optional Extra sour cream - For serving on top

Method
 

  1. Slice beef and vegetables, season everything well.
