Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds salmon wild-caught or farm-raised, skin on or off
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted, for coating breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced, about ½–1 tablespoon
  • ¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs for crispy topping
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated, for maximum flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. prep
  2. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place it on the prepared baking sheet. prep
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese until the mixture resembles damp sand. mix
  4. Evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the salmon, pressing gently to adhere. assemble
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork. bake
  6. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. finish
